Summer is here and it's time to re-organize my closet and take out all the summer pieces that's been hiding under my bed. Found this piece of floor length skirt that I bought when I was 17, can't believe this babe is almost 10 years old!wearing it as a tube dress this time though and I've belted it to create a more slender waistline and what seems like a asymmetric cut for the dress.I love mixing prints so I've topped it with a cute little embroidered jacket.carrying the Prada handbag that my mum got me in Paris when I was still studying there. the thing about buying a timeless quality piece is that it can last a really long time, and  with just a little bit of mix and match, you can easily create something new again.

I guess one of the perks of working in the fashion buying department is that there'll always be free samples coming to you. Last week I was lucky to be given two pairs of very lovely Marc Jocobs summer sandals.It comes in the perfect timing as it's just heating up in the city this week and I've been wearing summer dresses to work all week. today I've matched it with a little black dress with a floral trimming top for a more girly approach
